Premium Authentic Matcha from Uji, Kyoto

Grown by a Kyoto Tea Farm with Over 150 Years of History

Using 100% pure tea leaves grown in Kyoto's Uji region—an area known for its pristine air and clear waters—this matcha is crafted by a tea farm with over 150 years of rich history.

While Shizuoka and Kagoshima prefectures account for approximately 80% of Japan's tea production, Kyoto's tea represents only about 4%, making it a truly rare and valuable variety.

With no leaves blended from other regions, enjoy the distinctive aroma and refined taste that are unique to Uji tea.

Pesticide-Free & Organically Grown Matcha

Cultivated in tea fields that have been free from pesticides and chemical fertilizers for over 40 years, this matcha offers a pure, chemical-free experience for peace of mind.

Proudly committed to "protecting nature and people through organic farming, for our children, grandchildren, and future generations," these tea farmers bring you matcha that embodies the true blessings of the land, grown in healthy, fertile soil rich in natural resources.

Certified by Organic JAS

All tea leaves used in our matcha are certified by Organic JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards). This certification, established by MAFF (Japan's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries), is recognized as equivalent to the EU Organic Certification and the USDA Organic certification in the United States, ensuring compliance with international organic standards.

About Organic JAS

Matcha Filled with Happiness

Unlike other teas, matcha is made by grinding whole tea leaves, allowing you to enjoy all the beneficial nutrients they contain.

Among these nutrients is L-Theanine, a compound found in high-quality matcha. Research has shown that L-Theanine can promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality.

Choose From 2 Types of Matcha

Ceremonial

Ceremonial Matcha Powder

Made exclusively from the finest, pesticide-free, and organically grown first-bud leaves, this matcha is carefully ground by mills. Its vibrant green color, rich aroma, deep sweetness, and natural richness make it ideal for authentic ceremonial use. It can also be enjoyed as a premium matcha latte, perfect for those who appreciate genuine quality.

Sweet Blend

Sweet Blend Matcha Powder

Blended with care from different tea leaves grown by the same tea farm, this matcha offers a more accessible way to enjoy the sweet aroma and balanced flavor of matcha. Ideal for everyday use, it’s perfect for matcha lattes, baking, or adding a touch of matcha flavor to cookies, madeleines, and a variety of dishes.

Convenient 30g Size

Each package contains 30g of matcha powder, sealed in an aluminum bag and placed in a canister with an inner lid to maintain freshness. Since the taste and aroma are best when matcha is fresh, we recommend consuming it within about two months after opening.

The amount of matcha powder to use per serving is up to your preference, but a standard serving is around 1.5-2g per cup. This package provides enough matcha for approximately 15–20 servings, making it a convenient size for regular use.

*Store matcha in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity. We do not recommend storing it in the refrigerator or freezer, as condensation may form when returning to room temperature, which can introduce moisture to the matcha.*
