How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for most items, except for certain large products. If shipping fees apply, they will be displayed on the product page and in your cart.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 7 business days. However, please note that additional time may be required during Japanese holidays or major holiday periods.

How are the products shipped, and when will they arrive?

Our products are generally shipped via Japan Post's airmail service and are expected to arrive in approximately 9 to 18 days. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country or region, and customs processing may sometimes cause unexpected delays.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number, so you can check the latest shipping status.

The product I received is damaged. What should I do?

If the package you received is damaged, please take photos showing the condition of the package and the damaged parts of the product, and email them to us. Once we have reviewed the details, we will take prompt action, so please rest assured.

Please note that if more than 7 days have passed since the package arrived, we may not be able to offer compensation, so we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as you notice any damage.

What happens if I'm charged VAT, customs duties, or fees?

Each country has its own laws and regulations regarding shipments from other countries. If customs duties or taxes are applied, you are responsible for paying these fees. Unfortunately, we do not cover or influence any customs duties or taxes that your country may impose upon delivery. These charges are set by your local government, and we have no control over whether import taxes will be applied to your order.

How does the subscription work?

When you subscribe to one of our plans, we will deliver a carefully curated set from Japan each month, filled with items we have thoughtfully selected. Our mission is to introduce you to as many unique and special Japanese products as possible, including hidden gems that may not be widely known. We hope you enjoy the joy of discovery, the excitement of trying something new, and the variety that each month brings!

Our subscription plans fall into two main categories:

1) Monthly Plan:
This plan renews every 30 days, and you will receive a different set each month.

2) Prepaid Plan:
While the contents are the same as the Monthly Plan, this option allows you to pay upfront for multiple months (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) at a discounted rate per month.

You can change, cancel, or skip your plan anytime through the customer portal (your account management page). If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. We're happy to assist you!

I'm a new subscriber, what's in my first box?

The contents of the subscription set are listed on the product page, and in general, the products listed will be the ones delivered. The contents on the product page are automatically updated on a cycle that starts at 12:00 AM JST on the 1st of each month and ends at 11:59 PM JST on the last day of the month.

For example, if you place an order on December 15th, the set for December, as listed on the product page at that time, will be shipped since it will be December everywhere in the world.

However, please be aware when placing orders around the beginning or end of the month. For example, it might be January 1st in your country while still December 31st in Japan. Conversely, it could be January 1st in Japan while still December 31st in your country. Our order system records the order based on Japanese time. Therefore, any orders placed within the dates for December in Japan will be delivered with the December set.

But don't worry. We carefully select the contents of each month's set to ensure that you will be satisfied regardless of which set you receive. We hope you look forward to the combinations we’ve curated for you each month.

Can I purchase just one box?

We’re sorry, but we do not offer one-time orders directly. However, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. This means that if you place a subscription order and cancel the continuation for the following months, you can effectively use it as a one-time order.

Can I customize my box?

We’re sorry, but it is not possible to customize the contents of the subscription set. However, we take great care in curating each month's set to provide you with new experiences and discoveries every time. We hope you look forward to each month's set, just like enjoying a different view every time.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

To use our subscription service, you will first need to register as a member on our website. Once your registration is complete and you have subscribed, you will gain access to a customer portal (your account management page) where you can manage your subscription plan. From this customer portal, you can cancel or pause your subscription as needed. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us for support.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes, you can skip a delivery if you temporarily do not need the product or are unable to receive it. You can register to skip a delivery through the customer portal (your account management page). However, depending on the timing of your request, the product may have already been shipped. Therefore, we recommend registering to skip as early as possible. (Please note that if the product has already been shipped, the skip will apply to the next month’s delivery.)

When will I be billed for my subscription?

The timing of subscription charges is as follows: First, the initial charge will be made when you place your first order. After that, the timing of future charges will depend on the type of plan you choose:

1) For the Monthly Plan:
You will be charged on a 30-day cycle from the date of your initial order.

2) For the Prepaid Plan:
You will be charged upfront for multiple months (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months), and subsequent charges will follow the cycle of the selected plan, as shown below:

- 3-month plan: Every 90 days
- 6-month plan: Every 180 days
- 12-month plan: Every 360 days

Both the Monthly and Prepaid Plans follow a 30-day cycle for each "month." (Payments are processed via credit card, but the timing of the charge may vary by a few days in some cases.)
