Subscription Plan Details

Subscription Plans
We offer two main types of subscription plans, which result in a total of four different plan options.
The first type is the Monthly Plan, where your subscription is renewed on a monthly basis.
The second type is the Prepaid Plan, where you can pay for multiple months in advance and receive a discount on the monthly rate. You can choose from three options: 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. The more months you prepay, the bigger the discount.
This means there are four subscription plans in total:
- Monthly Plan
- Prepaid Plan (3 months)
- Prepaid Plan (6 months)
- Prepaid Plan (12 months)
With all plans, products are shipped to you every month. Both the shipping and billing cycles are calculated based on a 30-day period.

Important Information
Before we go into more details about our subscription service, please note the following:
All plans will renew automatically unless you cancel or skip a month. This means shipping and billing will continue uninterrupted. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
You also have the option to skip a month or pause your subscription for a temporary or extended period.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription, including cancellations and pauses, through the Customer Portal, which is accessible from your account page.
1. Cancel
Cancelling your subscription will stop all future shipments and charges. After cancellation, no further deliveries or billing will occur.
2. Skip
You can choose to skip any month you like. For example, if you're going on a long trip, you can skip the relevant months, and no shipments or charges will occur during that time.
Please note, if you request a skip too close to your next billing date, it may not take effect in time. To ensure the skip is processed correctly, please make the request at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.
3. Pause
If you'd like to temporarily stop your subscription without cancelling, you can choose to pause it. This will keep your subscription active, but shipments and charges will stop until you choose to resume.
Similar to the skip option, please make your pause request at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.
